Introducing the first phone with an inbuilt AUTO ANSWER FUNCTION (Like answering machine).

  • Answering Machine is a service that is provided by the operator and a fixed monthly charge has to be paid for it. You also have to pay call charges to hear your messages.
  • But Now NO NEED FOR THE OPERATORS AND NO NEED TO PAY.
  • Just switch on the Call auto answer feature on your Bird S308 (Love Bird) and you can avail this function.
  • The caller can record his/her message and it will be automatically saved on your phone, which you can hear whenever you like
  • You can also record your own voice and save it as your answering machine message –save up to 10 different messages.
  • Now don’t miss calls/ don’t pay for Answering Machine/ Don’t Pay to hear your Messages.
  • Because all this is available in the Bird S308 (Love Bird) ABSOLUTELY FREE!!!

The call auto answer function enables the user to deliver their message as well as receive their message upon activation of this service.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Setting àCall Auto Answer
  2. In Status, chose the relevant voice message to be played.
  3. In Leave Word Time, select the time limit for the voice message to be left by the caller. We have option of 30s, 1 min, 3 min and No Limit.

Choosing relevant message:

In above step 2, we need to add the voice message to be played. We can add the voice message in the .wav format. The voice message can be recorded by the sound recorder available in the handset itself.

Scenario:

  1. Activate the call auto answer as described above.
  2. When you get a call and if you are in a meeting or cannot pick up the phone due to some reason, you can go to options (left soft key) and select call auto answer.
  3. After this the caller will hear the relevant voice message you have saved (as per step 2).
  4. The caller can then leave their voice message, up to the time limit the user has set (as per step 3) and then the phone gets disconnected automatically.
  5. The left message is placed in the Call Recv folder in the File manager, which can be heard later.
