  • Gadgets Nepal has 22 authorized service center on diffrent location of Nepal sothat customer can get any type of related services, supports and inforamtion from their nearest service center. It also supports repairing and maintainance facility for Bird mobile or any other products sold by Gadgets Nepal.
  • Customers obtain 12+1 month warranty scheme in each and every gadget. This scheme gives relief of their customers on gadget disaster.

Workshop Call Process:

  1. Customer brings the set for W/S repair.
  2. W/S Eng. inspect the set in front of customer and write on job sheet complete inforamtion (Condition, Problem, Accessory).
  3. CCO Register call in W/S Register and paste details on the set.
  4. Set shift to W/S for repair and after repair Eng. fill the job sheet completely.
  5. Set shift under testing zone.
  6. After completion of set Eng. will satisfy to customer.
  7. Set handover customer and take the sign on job sheet.
